Ingredients 1 cup chopped kale 2 carrots, peeled and chopped 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon for cooking pasta (divided) 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper + more for seasoning chicken or shrimp (divided) 24 ounces uncooked penne pasta (about 5 cups) (divided) Directions Place kale in a fine-mesh sieve to wash.
