Chocolate “Oreo” Vegan Cupcakes

 It's a vegan cupcake recipe for chocolate "Oreo" vegan cupcakes that is crisp and buttery on the outside, soft and fluffy in the center, and topped with a shiny chocolate crumb. It’s easy, quick, perfect for birthday parties or other occasions, and is also gluten-free.


Chocolate “Oreo” Vegan Cupcakes


Ingredients:

2 cups of all-purpose flour

2 and 3/4 cups of sugar

1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon of baking soda

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract (make sure these are vegan!)1 1/3 cup of water (you can also use coffee or other liquids)3/4 cup of vegetable oil (the more flavorful the better!)Sprinkles and chocolate chips to top them off!



Preparations:

Measure out all of your dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add your vinegar, vanilla extract, and water to mix. In another bowl mix together the wet and dry ingredients together. 

Stir until the texture is consistent throughout the batter. If needed, add more water or coffee until you reach the consistency you like. Pour into prepared muffin tin(s). 

The amount of time it takes for these to bake will be determined by your oven's temperature setting.
