Ingredients - 2 cups of cooked, shredded chicken meat (fresh or frozen) - 1 package of pre-cooked pasta (spaghetti, macaroni, penne) - 1 jar of Alfredo sauce - 3 tablespoons butter - 3 tablespoons flour Preparations Cook the pasta in boiling water, drain the water and then put it back on the stove. Add Alfredo sauce and heat it until it bubbles. In a separate pan over medium heat, melt butter.

Add flour to melted butter - whisk together until there are no lumps. Slowly add milk while whisking until the milk is mixed with flour.

Add chicken and mix until the chicken is warm. The Alfredo sauce should be bubbling by now, remove from heat and mix in the chicken mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve spaghetti.
