How To Make Oreo Cheesecake

I love Oreos and cheesecake so this is a delight. This recipe has no-bake oreo crust, creamy vanilla cheesecake layer on top, and chocolate ganache as the final layer of decadence. Enjoy this no-bake Oreo Cheesecake Recipe!

How To Make Oreo Cheesecake

- 16 Oreos (you may use less)

- 7 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature    - 1/3 cup sugar   - 2 eggs, at room temperature

- a pinch of salt

- 1/2 cup sour cream (you can also use heavy or whipping cream)

1. preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper and grease the sides well with butter or cooking spray.

2. In the bowl of a food processor, crush the Oreos into small crumbs.

3. Mix the cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl until well combined:

4. Add eggs, salt, and sour cream and mix until combined. Add the crumbs and mix gently to combine. Spoon the cheesecake batter into your prepared pan and smooth out evenly with a spatula or butter knife: 5. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (if you have some crumbs on it - they will disappear during baking).

6. Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely before refrigerating. This can take several hours so I usually leave it overnight:

7. The next day, carefully run a knife around the sides of the cake pan to loosen it then release and remove the sides.

8. Spread a layer of sour cream or whipped cream on top of the cake, decorate with Oreos and serve!
