Baked Chicken Legs

This baked chicken thigh recipe is an easy dinner and tastes like you can't imagine it really healthy and quick to prepare. Rub with a little olive oil, rub the house spices and cook.

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds of chicken legs

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together all seasonings and spices.

Open package of chicken legs and pat dry with paper towels. Place onto a prepared baking sheet and rub with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings on all sides.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until browned and meat thermometer registers 165 degrees or higher. Serve warm.
