Chicken Roulades with Vegetables

Chicken Roulade is a boneless, skinless chicken breast recipe made by stuffing cottage cheese, spinach and spices. This chicken recipe can be relished as a party appetizer. Do try this recipe at home and share your feedback in the comments below.



Ingredients:2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 nos chicken breasts 1 small onion, chopped Salt black pepper 1/4 cup paneer, crumbled 1/4 tsp Italian herbs 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 cup spinach, shredded 1/2 tsp chilly flakes 2 green lemons Method of preparation: Marinate the chicken and keep it inside a refrigerator. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onions, spinach leaves, oregano, chili flakes, salt, black pepper, give it a mix and allow the spinach to cook on high flame. Add cottage cheese, give it a good mix, switch off the flame and allow it to cool down. Take the marinated chicken and give it a butterfly cut. Tenderize the chicken, scoop in the filling, spread it on the chicken and roll it. Heat oil in a flat pan, transfer the chicken roulade to the pan and once it's done frying on one side, turn it and after some time take it out on a serving platter. Slice the roulade and serve it hot.
