Fudge Brownie & Cookie Dough Cake

Today,I show you how to make two very popular desserts: fudge brownie and cookie dough cake! There’s no need to go buy a box mix or spend an hour in the kitchen. The steps below will guide you through the chocolatey goodness your taste buds have been craving.

Fudge Brownie & Cookie Dough Cake

Ingredients :

for Brownie Cake:

8 oz unsweetened chocolate

(2 bars)

4 eggs

1½ cups sugar

1 & ¾ cups flour

1 & ¼ tsp baking powder

2 Tbsp Dutch-process cocoa

½ cup vegetable oil

½ cup water

Ingredients for Frosting:

¼ cup butter softened

½ tsp vanilla extract

3 cups powdered sugar

3 Tbsp water

Directions:

Line the bottom of your baking pan with a circle of parchment paper. Peel off the parchment paper and set it aside. Melt chocolate on low heat in a double boiler. Or, place in freezer for 20 minutes and then microwave on low heat in 30-second intervals until fully melted.

Melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals until melted. Set aside to cool. Beat egg and sugar until smooth. Add butter and vanilla and beat until thick. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cocoa) together with a whisk.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Divide brownie batter into two equal parts. Cover each part with the other part of the batter.

Distribute evenly between 2 pans that have been lined with parchment paper (for easy removal). Bake at 325° F for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean or with just a few crumbs attached to it (the frosting will make your pan look slightly different from mine).
