Chicken thighs are always a good choice for a family dinner because they're inexpensive, especially when you buy them with the skin on. And bacon wraps or baskets can be an excellent way to serve up your meat because there is less of it going to waste and it's not as greasy as fried pork skins can be.
Ingredients
2 to 2 1/2 pounds chicken thighs (about 7 pieces)
2 to 3 strips of bacon
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon
Directions 1. preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. Line a baking sheet with foil and place your bacon in a single layer
3. Lay one piece of chicken down on top of each bacon strip {ideally they should be touching or very close to touching}:
4. Lay a few whole cloves of garlic on top of your chicken {I like 2 in each piece}
5. Bake in preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear {do not drizzle with oil or add any additional spices}.
6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving
7. Enjoy!
