This ice cream sundae bowl recipe is easy to make and tastes amazing! No matter what time of the year, you can whip it up in a flash and enjoy this easy summery treat any day of the week. It is a must-try whether you love chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
1 x 1/2 cup co-pack vanilla ice cream – store-bought or homemade brownies with fruits like pineapple, strawberries, chocolate chips, nuts, or brownies topped off with extra chocolate chips.
Bananas – sliced and layered. It's okay if they overlap.
1/2 cup of ice cream (about 1 scoop)
1/2 cup of strawberries, bananas, or other fruits
Brownies:
Cooked brownies with chocolate chips for 1 – 2 layers; top brownie with fruit and toppings as desired. You may also place fruits on top of the brownie. Or you can also use frozen brownies with chocolate chips to make them more like ice cream bowls. The choice is yours! These are my favorite toppings!
Store-bought brownies with extra chocolate chips can also be used.
Preparation
Cut brownies and fruits into bite-sized pieces. Prepare ice cream as per package instructions. Freeze for about 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, add ice cream and layer in different flavors of brownies and fruits (one flavor per layer). Top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, nuts, etc. Enjoy!
