A recipe for white chocolate cranberry cookies that I've been making for years. Just a few ingredients make these cookies moist and delicious! They are simple, quick to make, and perfect for a holiday tea party.
Ingredients
Cream together 3/4 cup flour
2 tbsp baking powder in a bowl.
Stir in 1/3 cup brown sugar until combined. A
1/4 tsp vanilla extract and mix just until combined.
3 tbsp butter
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 egg. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
Preparations
Preheat oven to 300F (170C).
Spoon the cookie dough onto a baking sheet roughly 4 inches across. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are lightly golden brown.
Cool completely on a rack before serving. Enjoy!
Note: You can substitute dried cherries in place of the cranberries if desired! Keep them out on a plate under the cookies to serve and add some new ones when they are done baking.
