Chocolate Lasagna Recipe

 Lasagna has been a favorite dish for generations all over the world. It is a classic Italian dish that has layer after layer of pasta, cheese, and sauce. So how do you make lasagna without pasta and without gluten? Chocolate lasagna sounds like something only calorie counters would even think of making, but it's surprisingly easy and has no guilt. The best part is, that you won't have to worry about gluten or carbs either!

Chocolate Lasagna Recipe


  •  1 (4-serving size) package of Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling (dry) 
  • 1 (8 oz.) container of Cool Whip 
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows 
  • ½ cup brown sugar 
  • ¼ tsp. salt 
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract 
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder


In a large bowl, combine milk and sugar; whisk until sugar is dissolved completely. Beat eggs in a separate bowl and add to the milk mixture, whisking until well blended. 

Stir in softened butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Pour into a 9x13-inch glass dish. Place the cake mix on top of the chocolate pudding mix until completely covered. 

Bake for 25-35 minutes at 350 F or until the edges are set and the center is not soft to the touch. Serve chilled with whipped cream if desired.
